About the job
SellerLogic’s mission is the development of new, smart, and future-oriented solutions for the constantly growing e-commerce market. SellerLogic inspires the industry with its solutions: SellerLogic’s current portfolio includes two dynamic solutions that can be connected to the Amazon seller account with just a few clicks — the SellerLogic Repricer and SellerLogic Lost & Found. These two smart tools automatically generate more sales and more time, allowing Amazon merchants to work more efficiently and maximize their profits. And with our tools for Amazon, according to T3N, we are one of the guarantors of market success for retailers. And other smart solutions for dealers are being planned.

Responsibilities:
You support our COO/CSO in day-to-day business.
You communicate with (future and current) customers and partners.
Among other things, you will be responsible for preparing and sending out information material about our products.
Together with the sales team, you will work on sales activities and projects related to the sale of our products.
You will also help with the further development of corporate structures and processes.
Your tasks will also include human resources, such as coordinating applicant management and maintaining the human resources management system.
You communicate with applicants and employees on relevant HR topics.
You will also prepare and accompany the semi-annual performance interviews.

Requirements:
It is important to us that you bring business athletics with you. Whether you have a degree in business administration or economic training, e.g. as an industrial clerk or similar, is of secondary importance.
It is all the more important that you would like to work as an all-rounder.
You bring initial professional experience and fun in the further development of a growing software company.
Since we are a multicultural company with customers and employees from different countries, German and English are the company languages ​​that are a must.
You have a hands-on mentality, like to work independently and sometimes think outside the box.
