Right now, we’re looking for a Finance Manager to join our Finance team and help us build scalable, financial processes from the ground up. You’ll report directly to the CEO and work closely with external and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and scale core finance operations and processes, including automation of financial workflows from scratch
• Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and risk management across business units and global markets
• Drive budgeting, reporting, and audit readiness in a fast-scaling, high-pressure environment
• Communicate with stakeholders across departments and external partners, including legal, and product teams
• Identify pain points in existing operations and run parallel audits to assess what works and what needs restructuring
• Provide hands-on support for key operational finance tasks
• Data analysis: Analyze & interpret large data sets related to financial and payment data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for business growth.
• Develop and implement streamlined financial and payment workflows, leveraging technology, benchmarking knowledge and insights to enhance effectiveness and reduce inefficiencies.
• Perform market analysis of payment providers & searching for opportunities to expand and diversify the portfolio of payment methods. Negotiate with payment providers & international banks.
• Create, maintain, and own comprehensive payment reporting, tracking payment flow, discrepancies & trends. Ensure reports are timely, accurate, and actionable. Present findings and provide insights for improvement.

Requirements:

• 4–5+ years of experience in finance management, preferably in Big4, ad tech, IT, or international product companies
• Proven experience working across multiple global markets
• Strong track record in operational finance, building systems and processes from zero
• Experience in forecasting, business planning, risk management, and stakeholder reporting
• Ability to work in high-pressure, scaling environments and drive clarity through structure
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and influence outcomes
• Hands-on, proactive mindset with strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities
