As we are currently in the active development phase, this is an exciting opportunity for you to join our excellent team and contribute to the cutting-edge product. We’re looking for a talented IT infrastructure specialist to become a member of our team.

What You Will Do:

• Organization and maintenance of IT infrastructure (technology);
• Development of solutions to optimize existing information, processes and systems;
• Writing and updating documents within the function (instructions, procedures);
• Management of IT service providers, contractual activities;
• Proposals to reduce risks and consequences of incidents. Interaction with the team regarding the efficiency and operation of services;
• Making proposals to optimize costs for IT infrastructure;
• Interaction with development teams and management on infrastructure issues for the successful and rapid implementation of IT solutions;
• Interaction with vendors and IT service providers on technical and organizational issues.

Requirements:

• 3+ years working as IT support/ IT specialist;
• Experience working with the following sources:
  — GCP
  — google workspace
  — Jira
  — administration of the antivirus solution
  — Microsoft 365
  — Zabbix (health & security monitoring);
  — Gateway (cloud infrastructure), endpoint firewalls, Microsoft Defender;
  — GitHub, CloudFlare

Would be nice to have:

• Experience working with the following sources:
• Gmail administrative quarantine;
• Security Alert center Google Workspace;
• Audit & Investigation Google Workspace.
