We are looking for a Senior Python Lead Developer to design, implement, and maintain scalable backend services. You will lead a team, mentor developers, and ensure high-quality code delivery in a dynamic startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize backend services and APIs with Python.
• Architect scalable, secure, and performant solutions.
• Implement core features: routing, storage, session handling, and real-time communication.
• Integrate technologies such as Redis, MySQL, InfluxDB, and OpenAI APIs.
• Mentor junior developers and manage team workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Python backend development.
• Proficiency in frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Experience with Redis, MySQL, InfluxDB, and integrating OpenAI APIs.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and containerization (e.g., Docker).
• Excellent debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with startups and delivering under tight deadlines.

Preferred

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and scalable database design.
• Knowledge of AI/ML tools and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with PHP Laravel for legacy system integration.
• Experience with asynchronous frameworks like Celery or aiohttp.
