Senior Lawyer

About the role:
We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join our fast-growing iGaming and Fintech group. The role involves working closely with the Head of Legal on strategic projects, ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions, and supporting business expansion through robust legal solutions. You’ll handle contracts, licensing, payments infrastructure, and regulatory matters (AML/KYC), providing practical guidance to business teams and contributing to the company’s long-term growth and stability.

Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a Legal Counsel in the iGaming industry
• Law degree from an accredited university
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset; ability to handle complex legal matters efficiently
• Advanced English writing skills (B2—C1 or higher)
• Excellent self-management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities

Responsibilities:
• Support the implementation of the company’s legal strategy, including payment infrastructure and regulatory compliance (AML/KYC)
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements with service providers and payment institutions
• Ensure full compliance of corporate activities with regulatory requirements
• Conduct legal risk assessments for new markets and product launches
• Handle complex AML/KYC reviews and case analyses
• Coordinate incorporation processes for new entities
• Manage user requests, claims, and enforcement procedures
• Develop internal legal policies, documentation, and procedural guidelines
• Perform in-depth legal research and provide cross-jurisdictional legal support
• Assist the Head of Legal with daily operations and advise business units on legal and regulatory matters
