Readdle is on the lookout for Social Media Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to help enhance the value of Readdle’s products, vision, and story to the outside world by leveraging our social campaigns.
To succeed in this role, you will need to:
- Think creatively and manage upwards in a busy comms environment
- Be a self-starter who is not afraid to make decisions quickly, and be accountable for results
- Help create content for and populate key social channels across the Readdle corporate brand and five B2C products
- Help create a strategy for Readdle Instagram, which creates pace and raises engagement
- Work with the team on delivering a new key influencer program across five key products
- Project manage #ReaddleStories our new database for case studies that tell the ‘human’ story behind our products
- Create monthly social media plans and relevant monthly reports with key analytics
Key deliverables:
- Help us increase engagement and reach across key social channels by 25% YoY
- Drive an increase in engagement and following on Readdle Instagram by 25% YoY and help us modernize this channel
- Deliver 2-3 influencer partnerships per quarter according to product news
- Build a #ReaddleStories database with compelling stories and pics — up to 50 per annum
- Demonstrate growth across social media in monthly reports with comparative analytics
- Ensure provided design assets are coherent, modern, and lasting and represent product needs
- Together with the web analytics team report on traffic to the site and downloads on major social media campaigns
- Work in close collaboration with both the comms team and the wider marketing team to ensure shared prescribed projects run smoothly and on time
