About the role
We are currently looking for a Head of the Marketing Department to take charge of overall strategy and lead a team through multiple initiatives.
Requirements:
— 7+ years in IT outsourcing marketing
— Advanced English level, both verbal and written
— Excellent knowledge of the current digital marketing tools
— Strong understanding of key marketing concepts
— Strong experience in digital marketing, content-driven lead generation, and omnichannel campaigns
— Previous experience in analyzing the effectiveness and optimizing digital marketing campaigns
— Proven experience in lead generation
— Experience in managing teams of 10+ people
— Addition marketing certifications are a plus
Responsibilities:
— Plan and manage the marketing strategy implementation
— Manage the team including monitoring the progress and performance
— Follow confirmed KPIs to achieve goals
— Maintain the marketing budget on a regular basis
— Handle company presence in the US, EU countries’, and Japanese markets
— Coorepate with the company departments on joint projects
— Incorporate the best practices in marketing
— Report progress on a weekly and monthly basis
