We’re looking for an empathetic and result-oriented Project Manager/Delivery Manager to lead one of our US-based projects/accounts. This highly visible role spans multiple global touchpoints, including project and delivery management, client relationships, technical consultancy, and new talent recruitment.

As our Project Manager, you’ll lead the projects with 5-10 engineers; As a Delivery Manager, you will ensure high-quality project delivery for the client, participate in pre-sales activities and new business opportunities, and build delivery excellence practices together with your colleagues.

Our client is a global real estate services company specializing in the management and development of commercial properties. Over the past several years, the organization has made significant strides in systematizing and standardizing its reporting infrastructure and capabilities, utilizing Azure, MS Power Platform, Snowflake, and AWS. Due to the increased demand for reporting, the organization is seeking a dedicated team to expand capacity and free up existing resources.

Location:

Hybrid: Kyiv/Poland

Skills & Experience:

• Experience with managing Data Engineering projects, understanding architecture approaches in this area;
• Managerial experience in a multicultural environment;
• PMP certification;
• Experience with the Real Estate and investment banking domains;
• Experience with assets/property management;
• Background in software development as an Engineer;
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and methodologies;
• Ability to build strong communication bridges between people with different backgrounds and mindsets;
• Psychological maturity and relevant experience in IT service companies;
• Ability to find the balance between written rules and creative solutions;
• Experience in scaled enterprise delivery frameworks and practical experience with fixed prices;

Nice to have:

• Practical knowledge of Power BI, Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, and Azure Cloud
  
  

Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager:

• Project management with one or more scrum teams within accounts;
• Manage customer expectations, hold internal contributors accountable for their commitments and deliverables, and proactively follow up with process participants;
• Ensure the quality of the process and deliverables;
• Remove bottlenecks; escalate and resolve issues;
• People management.

As a Delivery Manager:

• Scope management and project planning;
• Resource and financial management;
• Expectation and escalation management;
• Technical excellence and best practice implementation;
• Remove process bottlenecks and resolve issues.
