Product Manager

We’re looking for an ambitious and responsible Product Manager who will understand our customers’ requirements and drive the users’ experience and product analytics to a new level.

Our ideal candidate cares about customers, has systemic thinking, and is eager to strive as a professional Product Manager.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

  • Manage requirements and transform them into task descriptions
  • Planning feature implementation and work with the development team
  • Preparing the analytics (SQL, Mode, Gainsight)
  • Tracking product health for some modules: email sending, integration
  • Writing the documentation

What We Look For (Requirements)

  • You should be able to work independently and in team
  • You can explain hard things in written communications to your grandmother
  • Critical thinking and willingness to build a good product that solves the problem
  • Excellent time and task management
  • Able to understand user and business requirements
  • Stress-resistant and able to work under pressure
  • Upper-intermediate English
  • Strong sense of good user experience
  • 2–3 years of experience in Product Team

Nice-to-have skills

  • Completed Business Analytic or Product Manager courses.
  • Hands-on experience in writing requirements
  • SQL at the practical level
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and programmatic languages like PHP, Phyton
