PLVision is looking for a Recruitment Lead with deep knowledge of the Central and Eastern European labour markets to drive our hiring efforts in the fast-evolving world of computer networking. In this role, you will take full ownership of our talent acquisition strategy, working closely with technical hiring managers and cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth staffing of our projects.
You will lead a focused recruitment team, set clear goals, monitor key performance metrics, and continuously improve the hiring process from sourcing to onboarding. By implementing automation, streamlining workflows, and making data-driven decisions, you will help us meet current hiring demands and build a strong foundation for long-term growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
✔️ Develop and implement a recruitment strategy in a highly competitive and crisis-driven market
✔️ Lead the recruitment team by setting goals, mentoring team members, and controlling KPIs
✔️ Build a transparent recruitment analytics system, including a hiring funnel, time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire metrics
✔️ Partner with hiring managers to identify real business needs for talent
✔️ Optimize recruitment processes (from sourcing to onboarding) and implement automation
✔️ Prepare regular analytical reports for management, justifying decisions with data
✔️ Contribute to employer branding in collaboration with HR and Marketing teams
✔️ Explore external markets to find unconventional sourcing channels
REQUIREMENTS
✔️ 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership position
✔️ Deep knowledge of the Central and Eastern European labour markets
✔️ Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with metrics, data, and forecasts
✔️ Experience in leading teams and building from scratch or transforming recruitment processes
✔️ Proficiency with modern recruitment tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub/StackOverflow search, AI-sourcing, and ATS systems
✔️ Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong business partnerships
✔️ English proficiency at a B2+ level

✔️ Experience in recruitment automation (chatbots, HRM/CRM integrations)
✔️ Polish proficiency at a B2 level
✔️ Experience in recruiting for the Embedded tech domain
