As a UA Manager, you would seek and build relationships with corporate decision makers to sell our offers. You’re an ideal candidate if you are a self-starter with the ability to build relationships, communicate product knowledge, and close deals quickly.
Requirements:
— Experience in User Acquisition, Affiliate Management, or a similar role.
— Understanding of key performance models, including CPC (Cost Per Click) and CPA (Cost Per Acquisition).
— Analytical, proactive, and self-motivated individual with a proven ability to adapt, learn quickly, and thrive in dynamic environments.
— Strong creativity, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to remain resilient under pressure.
— Consistent track record of delivering on commitments and meeting deadlines.
— A solution-oriented mindset, focused on identifying and implementing simple, effective approaches.
— A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working in team environments.
— Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate level or higher.
Responsibilities:
— Manage and nurture relationships with new and existing publishers, fostering beneficial partnerships and maintaining a customer-friendly approach.
— Oversee the setup and management of campaigns and creatives, ensuring high traffic quality standards are met.
— Handle budgets, monitor revenues, and assess potential risks to ensure financial stability and growth.
— Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, technical, design, etc.) to achieve optimal results, including effective use of tools like Jira.
— Create, analyze, and optimize performance reports, making data-driven decisions based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
— Proactively address and resolve issues with partners, ensuring smooth and productive collaborations.
