About the role:

We are looking for a brave Senior FullStack Developer who has courage and skills to be the first fullstack dev in a team. This is your chance to start the challenging web lifestyle project together with the skilled team.

About the project:

The platform that includes the variety of web platforms that offer lifestyle content and support in the areas of psychology, wellbeing, relationship building, personal development and others. Also you will be working with the web platform that offers a unique interactive dating and roleplaying experience with the AI-powered virtual partners.

About you:

• 5+ years of experience in JavaScript
• Good practical experience with client side technologies: Typescript, React, Next.js;
• Good understanding of the differences between SSR and client rendering;
• Proven experience in backend technologies: node.js, Nest.js or similar;
• Experience working with PostgreSQL;
• Good understanding of data structures, design patterns
• Understanding of SOLID principles;
• Proficient in SEO optimization and website performance enhancement;
• Understanding of Ukrainian language (at least intermediate level) — must have.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in technical management of a small project/team
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as TeamCity or similar
• Experience with monitoring/alerting Elastic or similar;
• Desire for technical mentoring of colleagues with less experience
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.

Your impact:

• Handle full-stack development tasks, contributing to both front-end and back-end functionalities
• Take part in decisions regarding app architecture
• Suggest and propose technical enhancements
• Integrate third-party services
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, DevOps and other stakeholders to gather and understand requirements
• Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to coding standards
