Marketing Creatives Producer (Games)

About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Creative Producer from the mobile industry to drive growth to our casual games.

As Marketing Creative Producer, you will be responsible for leading creative iterations to hit ROI goals and managing the process from ideation to retrospectives.

You will have a direct impact on the success of our games and apps.

Areas of responsibility:

• Build, implement, and maintain the creative production process;
• Generate creative ideas, analyze the market, and write detailed briefs;
• Manage the entire creative production process, from concept creation to testing, ensuring quality and providing feedback;
• Analyze creative performance and make the right conclusions;
• Oversee the production of various creative formats (static, video, UGC, and playable ads) to meet quality standards;
• Be responsible for results.

Your skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Marketing Creative Producer with expertise in managing the full creative production process: from generating ideas and writing briefs to overseeing production and gathering feedback to inform strategy;
• Strong understanding of marketing metrics with the ability to analyze and explain the effectiveness of creatives;
• Intermediate+ English.
