PIN-UP.TECH is one of the directions of the international ecosystem PIN-UP Global, which operates in six countries — Ukraine, Poland, Kazakhstan, Cyprus, Peru, and Armenia. PIN-UP.TECH is the foundation of today’s international ecosystem of PIN-UP Global, the main products of PIN-UP.TECH are platforms for Ukraine and Kazakhstan. PIN-UP Global is an ecosystem of independent companies involved in the life cycle of various entertainment products. Ecosystem companies introduce innovative technologies, non-standard solutions for the development and scaling of products and services.

Requirements
-Experience in the role of Project Manager 4-5 years , preferably with a focus on managing a design team.
-Deep understanding of project management processes, methodologies, and tools.
-Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively collaborate with designers , products team, bizDev, BI and other project stakeholders..
-Analytical mindset and the ability to quickly adapt to changing requirements.
-Ability to efficiently plan the team’s work, taking into account the chaotic and unplanned nature of incoming tasks.
-Experience with DSP platforms, ad networks and similar traffic purchasing systems.

Will be a plus
-Experience working on media buying projects.
-Experience with flexible development methodologies like Kanban.
-Practical experience using JIRA for task planning and tracking.
-Experience using Confluence for creating and maintaining documentation, including a knowledge base

Soft Skills
-Effective time and priority management.
-Ability to organize and coordinate the team’s work, considering unexpected tasks.
-Individual approach to each team member, supporting their development.
-Ability to conduct negotiations with task initiators and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities
-Monitoring the execution and distribution of tasks within the media buying team
-Preparation and provision of regular reports.
-Collaboration and interaction with other teams within the company’s ecosystem
-Create and maintain a built infrastructure for a media buying team to achieve goals
-Close cooperation with the Head of the Media buying Department to create a strategic marketing plan for the procurement and define the tasks required to implement this strategy
-Control the execution and distribution of tasks;
-Provide reports;
-Work with other ecosystem teams.
