• Monitoring, analysis, and improvement of KYC funnel conversion indicators;
• Investigation of emergency situations during verifications. Searching for and offering solutions;
• Collaboration with customer support and risk assessment & analysis services;
• KYC market research and development of proposals for improving KYC tools;
• Search for points of failure during the verification and their elimination;
• Search for opportunities to simplify / improve verification processes.
Job specific skills / We require:
• At least 1 year experience in the KYC department;
• Profound understanding of the mechanics and tools of KYC processes;
• Knowledge of legal peculiarities and requirements for authentication / verification of clients;
• High sociability and analytical mindset;
• Experience in describing requirements for software product development.
