Pin-Up Global is Looking for a Senior Lawyer with gambling experience to join our team

𝓡𝓮𝓺𝓾𝓲𝓻𝓮𝓶𝓮𝓷𝓽𝓼:

• 5+ years experience in the same position
• 1+ year experience in gambling
• English, Russian — fluent
• Ability to work alone or in a team

𝓦𝓲𝓵𝓵 𝓫𝓮 𝓹𝓵𝓾𝓼:

• Experience in international consulting, gambling and payment companies

𝓡𝓮𝓼𝓹𝓸𝓷𝓼𝓲𝓫𝓲𝓵𝓲𝓽𝓲𝓮𝓼:

• Legal support of foreign projects in the field of gambling (corporate, contractual), marketing (digital, event), game development, IT development
• Support of the process of obtaining a license in various countries
• Corporate structuring for projects
• Control of the tasks of their own and middle specialists (from 2 people)
• Working with legal documents: contracts, presentations, memoranda, etc.
• Legal support of the company’s activities, including in the field of intellectual property protection
• Contractual work with different types of contracts that ensure the operational activities of a gaming company: advertising, licensing, services, etc.
