Overview of the position

  • Reporting line: Head of Talent Acquisition
  • Your team: 9 TA specialists in globe

Now we are a team of 26 and we are about to scale up. Thus we are looking for a self-starter Lead TA who is familiar with change management and risk management.

You’ll be trusted to work autonomously, implement your ideas and share your knowledge.

The scope of this role expands beyond strategic talent acquisition and includes other talent-related projects and work needed to support our evolving PIN-UP journey.

We expect

  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruitment, 3+ years managing a recruiting team
  • International recruitment experience
  • Deep knowledge of financial, legal, product, marketing, HR, TA, SEO spheres
  • Knowledge of English (B2 and higher)
  • Proven success in recruiting and filling TOP and C-level positions
  • Proven organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize
  • Knowledge of recruitment metrics
  • Team player who can jump in and support the team on a variety of topics and tasks
  • Experience in describing recruitment policies & procedures
  • Confident work ethic and high sense of urgency

You will do
TA Lead will be responsible for several areas in our ecosystem and the following tasks:

  • Coordinate workload of the team, prioritize tasks
  • Design and monitor key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of our employment practices
  • Quality control of all activities and politics we have
  • Control that recruitment policies, processes and standards are followed at all levels
  • Develop and implement programs to recruit and select the talent to meet the organization’s business needs
  • Develop recommendations for course corrections by leveraging data from our ATS, post interview and post hire surveys and other feedback loops
  • Provide consistent training and best practices to the rest of the recruiting team
  • Coordinate cooperation with Freelancers and Agencies
  • Identifies external developments that could impact the organization and develops solution
  • Participate in other projects (Internal Moblility, Internship, automatization etc)
    Recruitment Team Lead does not manage vacancies (no need to provide full cycle recruitment personally)
