  • Manage and control office expense payments
  • Monitor employee attendance in the office
  • Oversee documentation management
  • Coordinate with clients and contractors to ensure smooth and efficient office operations
  • Manage administrative staff
  • Collect and implement employee feedback related to office documentation and workflows
