We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Email Marketing Manager to join our team and take ownership of multi channel user communication.

Requirements:

— Confirmed work experience in a similar position;
— Work experience with email senders (Mailchimp, Sendgrid, Klaviyo, etc.);
— Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and how to create HTML emails;
— Knowledge of key communication metrics;
— Knowledge of general internet marketing trends and email marketing in particular;
— Creativity, self-sufficiency, responsibility, and productivity.

Responsibilities:

— Conducting communication with clients via SMS, email, push notifications, pop-ups, and messengers;
— Planning SMS, email and other campaigns;
— Creating email templates;
— Implementing player-oriented communication automation projects;
— Segmentation of users;
— Constant optimization of communication processes and tools;
— Analysis of communication and promo campaigns results.

Will be plus:

— Experience with other communication channels such as SMS, messengers, and push;
— Experience in betting and or gambling niches.
