Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in the telecommunications or digital messaging industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a track record of successful deal-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficient in admin panels software and other relevant business tools.
  • Proactive and results-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve targets and improve performance.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and providers.
  • Adaptable and open to change, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a creative and strategic approach to overcoming challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with third-party SMS and messenger service providers.
  • Negotiate and secure favorable pricing and deals to optimize cost-efficiency.
  • Monitor service agreements and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
  • Oversee account deliverability across multiple platforms, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain high service standards and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve account performance and deliver results.
  • Intake requests and feedback from stakeholders, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Manage stakeholder accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and internal teams to ensure alignment on objectives.
  • Analyze account performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to management and stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
  • Address and resolve any account-related issues promptly, minimizing disruptions and maintaining client trust.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
