Corporate Lawyer (Warsaw office)

Requirements:
• Law degree from an accredited university.
• 3-5 years of experience as an in-house lawyer, with a focus on corporate law, commercial law, employment law, regulatory compliance, and contract management.
• Practical knowledge of Polish civil law, employment law, data protection, and corporate law.
• Strong skills in contract negotiation and legal document drafting.
• Proficiency in Polish and English, with conversational ability in Russian or Ukrainian.

Responsibilities:
Legal Support:
• Manage documentation for company registration, cooperation agreements, and corporate contracts for new and existing projects.
• Draft and review internal regulatory documents, including charters, regulations, and bylaws.
• Develop and implement employment law and GDPR compliance policies.
• Ensure the company holds all required licenses and permits.

Legal Risk Analysis:
• Conduct risk assessments for new and ongoing projects.
• Provide practical recommendations for minimizing legal risks in project implementation.

Legal Consulting:
• Advise on Polish business laws and regulatory requirements.
• Support negotiations with regulatory bodies and other external parties.

Transactional Documentation:
• Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to business operations in Poland.
• Ensure all transactions are legally sound and align with company interests.
