Business Analyst (Marketing team) (вакансія неактивна)

Responsibilities:
• Requirements elicitation and approval with key business stakeholders, consulting them on opportunities and risks;
• Requirements documentation for dev team in a format of specifications (incl. API), diagrams, mockups, user stories, use cases, etc.;
• Presentation of the requirements to the team (back-end, front-end, QAs), their clarification of incomprehensible and controversial points, and their updating and change as a result of discussion with the team;
• Ownership and detailed understanding of the features and functions of products and applications from the area of ​​responsibility. Use this knowledge to identify opportunities and threats for new requirements;
• Sharing of knowledge and information with other departments of the company for the expansion and usage of advanced approaches and technologies.

Requirements:
• 3-4 years of experience as a Business / System Analyst in IT;
• Experience in describing requirements using different formats (BRD, SRS, User Stories, Use Cases etc.);
• Experience in modelling/visualizing of requirements (Mockups, BPMN, UML etc.);
• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC);
• Knowledge and understanding of API principles (REST, SOAP, GRPC) and integration with external systems;
• Understanding of microservice architecture and ways of interaction between system components;
• Experience with API documentation tools (Swagger, Postman, etc.);
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with business stakeholders and the development team;
• Flexible and open-minded attitude, willing to learn and enhance skill set;
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying issues and finding solutions;
• English (B1+), Proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian.

Will be a plus:
• Experience with analytical systems (BI tools);
• Basic knowledge of SQL (queries, selections).
