About the role

We are seeking a skilled legal professional to support our company’s legal requirements in Poland. This role focuses on ensuring legal compliance, assessing risks, managing documentation, and providing legal guidance across multiple projects.

Requirements:

— Law degree from an accredited university.
— 3-5 years of experience as an in-house lawyer, with a focus on corporate law, commercial law, employment law, regulatory compliance, and contract management.
— Practical knowledge of Polish civil law, employment law, data protection, and corporate law.
— Strong skills in contract negotiation and legal document drafting.
— Proficiency in Polish and English, with conversational ability in Russian or Ukrainian.

Responsibilities:

1. Legal Support:
— Manage documentation for company registration, cooperation agreements, and corporate contracts for new and existing projects.
— Draft and review internal regulatory documents, including charters, regulations, and bylaws.
— Develop and implement employment law and GDPR compliance policies.
— Ensure the company holds all required licenses and permits.

2. Legal Risk Analysis:
— Conduct risk assessments for new and ongoing projects.
— Provide practical recommendations for minimizing legal risks in project implementation.

3. Legal Consulting:
— Advise on Polish business laws and regulatory requirements.
— Support negotiations with regulatory bodies and other external parties.

4. Transactional Documentation:
— Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to business operations in Poland.
— Ensure all transactions are legally sound and align with company interests.
