Requirements:
- 3 plus year experience in HR IT (adaptation, employee engagement & retention, separation);
- English language, Intermediate (B1) or Upper-intermediate level (B2) preferably;
- Great experience in organization and implementation of the HR-processes;
- Experience in improving the employer’s brand;
- Experience in conducting employee satisfaction surveys;
- Experience in building inner channels of communication.
Responsibilities:
- Providing a full cycle of HR service in the company;
- Creating new ideas for strengthening the employer’s corporate culture and brand;
- Development, implementation, and updating of policies and procedures;
- Monitoring of the level of satisfaction of employees;
- Advising managers on people management issues;
- Participation in the automation of HR processes;
- Interaction with foreign employees;
- Preparation and maintenance of HR reports;
- Participation in the organization of internal events: team buildings, workshops, etc.
