Responsibilities:
• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle: from searching and selecting candidates to headhunting and final placements based on specific job descriptions.
• Build and maintain a competitive pipeline of top candidates, ready for both current and future staffing needs.
• Actively source talent globally, tapping into both passive and active candidate pools across various platforms.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to craft engaging and detailed job descriptions that attract the right candidates.
• Utilize recruitment management tools, such as Jira, to streamline hiring processes.
• Engage with local events to network and recruit talent that fits the company’s growing needs.
