About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Training Manager to join our Learning and Development team. This role involves leading a team of product trainers, managing training projects, and aligning training programs with business goals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in training within contact centers, call centers, customer support, or sales functions and be adept at managing multicultural teams across different time zones.

Requirements

  • Higher education degree (field of study is flexible).
  • Experience in training roles, particularly as a trainer or team lead within contact centers, call centers, customer support, or sales functions.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing professional training programs (e-learning courses, blended programs, etc.).
  • Experience managing multicultural teams in different locations and time zones.
  • Deep understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies (e.g., Kolb’s cycle).
  • Proficiency in evaluating training effectiveness and customizing training programs.
  • Experience with modern training technologies and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of group dynamics principles.
  • Proficiency in English at B2 (up-intermediate) level or higher.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the team of trainers, including task planning, motivation, training, and professional development.
  • Plan and coordinate training projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Work closely with support line managers and key stakeholders to align training programs with business objectives.
  • Conduct training needs analysis within the business unit (hard skills).
  • Develop and implement innovative training programs for newcomers and current employees.
  • Regularly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and continuously improve them.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and motivate employees to engage in self-development and professional growth.
  • Identify and implement new approaches and technologies in learning and development.
