Requirements:
• Proven work experience as an HR Process Documentation Specialist or similar role;
• Proven experience in documenting and maintaining HR documentation;
• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Document Management Systems (we use Confluence), Process Mapping Tools (Microsoft Visio or similar), and any HR Information System;
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills;
• Upper-Intermediate English.
Responsibilities:
• Consult with HR and Talent Acquisition stakeholders and other departments to determine business processes and workflows;
• Document end-to-end HR processes and workflows, ensuring their consistency;
• Standardize HR documentation (use or establish when needed formats/templates for documents to ensure consistency);
• Develop and maintain procedures, policies, and guidelines for the HR department
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend changes to current processes to HR and TA stakeholders;
• Perform regular audits, maintenance, and update of HR processes and documents;
• Conduct training sessions to educate HR and TA colleagues on the maintenance, update, and usage of internal HR documentation;
• Maintain document management systems (we use Atlassian products).
