Requirements
• Have solid understanding of iGaming industry;
• Have solid experience as Account Manager or similar of mid to senior level;
• Have well developed communication and negotiation skills;
• Be ready and comfortable to take decisions and own responsibility for them;
• English upper-intermediate and above;
• Possess experience in attending expos and other iGaming shows;
• Have solid experience in both face-to-face meetings and video conferences;
• Know very well the games features in slots, Live Casino, Fast games etc.;
• Be intelligent and polite, tolerant to colleagues and partners;
• Be business oriented and follow company strategy and goals;
• Be proactive and create/develop opportunities for the business;
• Be a team player and keep looking for improvement points in processes, strategy and so on.
Responsibilities
• Provide an excellent account management service to our partners;
• Be the main point of contact for partners and provide full support in any questions;
• In a timely manner escalate, forward, send internally any information; received from partners and necessary / important to the colleagues;
• Arrange promo activities, record all terms internally, monitor your activities and analyze them after completion;
• Pass knowledge from partners to internal teams, make use of it;
• Generate ideas on how to improve our service, portfolio, anything else;
• Work closely with marketing, retention, analytics departments to make sure we are making the best of our job;
• Help grow the overall profit of the company through your own position and area of influence;
• Be the owner of your role, take decisions and responsibilities, feel free to suggest innovations, brainstorm with the team.
