We`re rapidly growing and inviting Senior Reconciliation Specialist to our team.
You would be running such tasks as:
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of financial transactions.
- Identify and investigate discrepancies in financial records, ensuring accurate data reporting.
- Collaborate with different departments to resolve reconciliation issues promptly.
- Assist in the preparation of reconciliation reports and present findings to management.
- Maintain and update reconciliation procedures and documentation.
- Work closely with the finance team to improve reconciliation processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and industry regulations.
Required skills and expertise:
- Experience in a similar position of at least three years
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
- Strong attention to details and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in team management or mentoring.
- Intermediate+ level of English (both written and spoken).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in Payment Service Providers (PSP).
Nice to have:
- Experience with Tableau
- Degree in Finance
- Knowledge of Python and SQL.
