We`re rapidly growing and inviting Senior Reconciliation Specialist to our team.

You would be running such tasks as:

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of financial transactions.
• Identify and investigate discrepancies in financial records, ensuring accurate data reporting.
• Collaborate with different departments to resolve reconciliation issues promptly.
• Assist in the preparation of reconciliation reports and present findings to management.
• Maintain and update reconciliation procedures and documentation.
• Work closely with the finance team to improve reconciliation processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and industry regulations.

Required skills and expertise:

• Experience in a similar position of at least three years
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
• Strong attention to details and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in team management or mentoring.
• Intermediate+ level of English (both written and spoken).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in Payment Service Providers (PSP).

Nice to have:

• Experience with Tableau
• Degree in Finance
• Knowledge of Python and SQL.
