Financial Analyst (вакансія неактивна)

We`re rapidly growing and inviting a skilled and accurate Financial Analyst. As a Financial Analyst with us, you will have a crucial role in providing valuable financial analysis and strategic insights to facilitate our company’s financial decision-making processes.

You would be running such tasks as:

  • Assist in preparing and enhancing monthly/weekly management reporting package;
  • To engage in the drafting of the company’s budget;
  • Monitor and report on essential financial metrics, identifying trends and analyzing variances;
  • Perform in-depth analysis of revenue, expenses, and operational functions to pinpoint cost reduction and operational efficiency opportunities;
  • Support the Senior Financial Analyst in reports and analysis preparation;
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses;
  • Ensure the accuracy of key financial indicators;
  • Create forecasts and projections to aid in budgeting and planning activities;
  • Maintain calculations and cooperation with providers;
  • Proactively contribute to enhancing the quality of the financial reporting system.


Required skills and expertise:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Financial Analyst/Management reporting specialist or similar role, preferably in a rapidly growing e-commerce or technology company, particularly in payment processing or fintech sectors;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
  • Knowledge of financial statements, cash flow analysis, and financial modeling;
  • Strong experience in Excel, Tableau, etc tools;
  • Detail-oriented, with exceptional accuracy and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure;
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment that necessitates frequent re-prioritization;
  • If you have started the training process for DipIFR, ACCA, CIMA, or an equivalent program, it is highly welcomed but not a mandatory requirement;
  • Proficiency in English at the B2 level.
