Requirements:
• Experience in the relevant position for half a year;
• Experience or understanding with reports (P&L, BC, CF);
• Experience with budgeting;
• English writing and communication skills at Intermediate level and up;
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Docs and Word;
• Organising and detail-oriented;
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask;
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities change daily.

Will be a plus: experience with payment systems (Wise, Paysera, Paxum, PayPal)

Responsibilities:
• Process bank statements daily (€ and $);
• Generation of Client invoices;
• Daily control of client’s payments on time and making payments to our partners;
• Preparation of pivot table for weekly payments, generation of Invoices in the Billing section, and making payments;
• Process Corporate Accounts Statements, reimbursements, and invoices received from suppliers;
• Formating report for the CFO;
• Complete, prepare, and publish regular monthly/annual financial statements;
• Supporting with formatting reports (P&L, BC, CF);
• Assist the CFO with various monthly and ad-hoc administrative tasks if necessary, document management;
• Participate and assist on special projects like developing and implementing internal controls, and costs;
• Analysing affiliate’s registration data (affiliate profile, IP logins, payment systems, etc);
