P2H is a global software development and IT consulting company delivering high-load, scalable solutions for Government and Enterprise clients. Our People Partner Team is expanding, and we are looking for a Middle People Partner who will work directly with technical talents and managers to foster engagement, retention, and transparency — ensuring smooth collaboration and aligned expectations on both sides.
You will be responsible for supporting the full talent lifecycle, managing HR processes, and leading cross-functional HR projects such as onboarding and integration. This role requires strong communication, analytical thinking, and a system mindset with a genuine value for trust and balance between people and business needs.
What you’ll be doing
- Support the full talent life cycle, from pre-onboarding to offboarding.
- Conducting 1-on-1 meetings with talents every 3 months and providing feedback loops in between. Track progress and provide regular feedback to talent.
- Participate in performance reviews for at-risk talent and key segments.
- Advise talent on in-demand skills and industry trends, assisting with training and retraining efforts.
- Collaborate with PMs and DMs to plan rotations and substitutions as needed.
- Supporting talent retention efforts and contributing to strategic staffing decisions.
- Owning the Separation & Offboarding HR project: designing and implementing the offboarding process, aligning with stakeholders, ensuring compliance and consistency, and driving improvements and automation where applicable.
- Maintaining and updating HR analytics: data in PeopleForce, dashboards, reports, and result visualization.
- Working by OKR methodology and participating in team sprints.
We are looking for someone who has
- 3+ years of experience in HR Business Partnership, People Management, Staffing Partnership, or similar roles in an IT outsourcing company.
- Strong understanding of the IT outsourcing industry.
- Proven skills in conducting development-oriented 1-on-1s.
- Proven ability to manage priorities and resources in a high-volume, client-focused environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to contribute to team success and collective goals.
- A system-level view with the ability to stay objective and support both people and business effectively
- Familiarity with HR analytics: collecting data, interpreting trends, generating reports
- Practical experience with Google Sheets, Slides, and HRM systems (PeopleForce, Hurma, etc.)
- Business-driven mindset with adaptability to changing environments and strong ownership of assigned tasks.
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
Would be a plus
- Background in coaching or facilitation (training or applied skills).
- Completed HR-related courses or certifications (onboarding, T&D, etc.).
- Successful implementation of at least one HR process or project from scratch.
