Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Department Assistant to join our team at INCHKYIV. This role will provide essential support in data research, social media management, and client engagement. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying potential agency leads, supporting discovery processes for existing clients, and managing social media and website requests. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of a leading pharmaceutical marketing agency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the discovery stages for existing clients, including data collection, analysis, and preparation of materials for strategic planning.

• Conduct research on potential agency leads, gathering and organizing data.

• Aggregate data and insights on target markets, competitors, and industry trends, presenting findings in organized reports and tables.

• Manage the agency’s LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram pages, ensuring regular updates and monitoring engagement to build brand presence.

• Respond to and manage inquiries from the corporate website and LinkedIn, directing messages to appropriate team members and ensuring timely follow-up.

• Support the marketing team in preparing materials for campaigns and presentations, particularly in early-stage client engagements.

Qualifications:

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, with proven experience in marketing support or research within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.

• Second Priority: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Medicine, or a related medical field, with at least 1 year of experience as a Medical Representative in a pharmaceutical company.

• Demonstrated understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including basic knowledge of drug information and medical terminology.

• Strong research and data analysis skills with the ability to aggregate and present data clearly.

• Excellent written communication skills in English and Ukrainian.

• Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
