We expect this person to play the role of a troubleshooter: resolve customer issues, cooperate with internal teams to help in solving particular cases, and answer ongoing questions.
The issues are often a technical matter and require diving into terms and knowing how our product works. That’s why the candidate should be on close terms with technical nuances and learn fast.
We see in this role an outside-the-box thinker, ambitious and brave enough, who is ready to gain new experience and expertise with the product company.
Competencies, skills, and knowledge:
-Knowledge of SQL (as a plus MS SQL);
-Experience as a support consultant is highly desired;
-Technical background is highly desired;
-Ability to develop good professional working relationships with IT and business colleagues;
-Good communicator with the ability to ask and listen;
-Problem-solving and logical thinking skills;
-Strong verbal and writing skills in English;
-Result-oriented and stress resistant;
