OLSOM is a product company specializing in the development and implementation of solutions for the digitalization of production.
Industries we work in: automotive/aircraft/aerosapce.

Our clients are industrial enterprises in Europe, Asia, North America, and Africa. 

In support of the ongoing growth, OLSOM needs a Lead Generator.

We’re looking for someone with:

-At least 1 year of experience in B2B Sales/account;
-Experience with automation tools and sales channels (Navigator, email outbound outreach);
-Experience with CRM systems (Zoho, Hubspot, Pipedrive, SalesForce);
-MS Office — full proficiency;
-Understanding of sales and lead generation principles, methods, practices, and techniques;
-Experience writing and improving sales scripts;
-Excellent communication skills: experts at networking and conducting presentations;
-Proactive position and look for unconventional approach to solve work tasks effectively;
-High level of English & Ukrainian languages;
-Location — Europe;


-Finding and onboarding new leads;
-Organizing meetings with potential clients;
-High-quality CRM management;
-Conducting repeated consultations and sales through social networks, messengers;
-Control of client profitability at meetings;
-Ensuring the necessary conversion from appointments;
-Use of sales standards through approved scripts;
-Active use of the company’s tools to work out customer objections;
