We’re looking for a Data Analyst to strengthen our team.

Your impact:

• Develop automated dashboards and recurring performance reports.
• Monitor operations and data quality; define and standardize KPIs.
• Analyze trends and root causes to generate actionable insights.
• Build and maintain data pipelines/integrations; automate data extraction and reporting.
• Drive planning and optimization (forecasting, capacity, process automation, cost) and clearly document/communicate outcomes.

About you:

• 1+ years of professional experience in analytics.
• Strong SQL skills (Window functions, Joins, CTEs).
• Proficiency with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio).
• ETL process experience, ideally with Zendesk/Intercom or other support tools.
• Factor and cohort analysis capabilities.
