🎯 About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Designer who’s passionate about creating high-impact web funnels, promo screens, and marketing assets that convert.
If you thrive at the intersection of UX, performance, and visual polish — and love turning insights into scalable design systems — we’d love to meet you.
This is a great opportunity for a designer who values speed, data-informed iterations, and user-first thinking.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in mobile and web design.
• Strong expertise in Figma (auto-layouts, components, variables, design tokens, etc.).
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and human-centered design.
• Experience in design system creation and working with UI kits.
• Proficiency in animation tools (After Effects, Lottie, Protopie — a plus).
• Experience in PetTech, FashionTech, or related industries is a big advantage.
• Basic understanding of frontend development (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
• Knowledge of A/B testing and analytics tools (Amplitude) is a plus.

🚀 What You’ll Do

• Design user-friendly and high-converting web funnels, landing pages, and promo screens. (80% of workload)
• Create clean and responsive email templates for marketing campaigns.
• Develop visually engaging offer screens and promotional UI components.
• Build and maintain consistent design systems, ensuring scalability and reusability.
• Work closely with product managers, growth managers, marketers, and developers to iterate fast and deliver effective solutions.
• Support ongoing A/B testing, analyze performance, and refine designs based on user behavior and data.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT, DALL·E, or similar) for generating visual content
• Maintain high standards for visual quality, UX patterns, and cross-platform consistency.
