🎯 About the Role

We’re looking for a Motion Designer who’s passionate about creating eye-catching content for mobile apps and performance marketing campaigns.
If you’re skilled in animation, have experience with UGC-style videos and AI tools, and thrive in a fast-paced creative environment — this is your chance to make a real impact.

🚀 What You’ll Do

• Creating engaging motion graphics and animations for digital marketing campaigns
• Designing and animating advertisements, promotional videos, and other marketing materials
• Optimizing motion graphics for various digital platforms, ensuring they are compatible and visually appealing
• Working closely with creative producer to ensure visuals and messages are cohesive
• Managing projects for 2 projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines
• Following industry best practices for file optimization, compression, and rendering for efficient delivery
• Providing input and creative ideas during brainstorming sessions
• Stable and predictable results

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of experience working with mobile applications
• Extensive experience in creating UGC content
• Understanding the specifics of creating content focused on performance marketing
• Work experience with AI tools
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects
• Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator and Photoshop (ability to create a design/illustration file for animation)
• Portfolio of completed projects
• Understanding of basic principles of editing and animation
• Knowledge of AE plugins
• English level — B1 minimum

Nice to have:

• Creating animations for web platforms (Lottie/Rive)
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Knowledge of software for editing and creating sound effects
• Basic knowledge of 3D software
