Legal Counsel / Lawyer — igaming (вакансія неактивна)

We’re looking for a Legal Counsel to support banking, payments and contracting operations across our international iGaming business. The focus is on practical legal work—fast, accurate, and business-oriented.

What you’ll do:

• Prepare and manage KYC/KYB & compliance documentation for financial institutions and service providers.
• Handle communication with financial partners regarding account openings, source of funds, and corporate structure.
• Draft, review and redline commercial agreements (NDA, MSA, SOW, partnership agreements, etc.).
• Maintain contract register and collaborate with finance/accounting teams.
• Coordinate correspondence and calls with external legal providers, registrars and service vendors.
• Monitor and support enforcement of IP rights and content protection across digital channels.
• Research relevant contract and IT/IP law topics (EU/UK/US) and prepare brief internal memos.
• Use AI tools for drafting and legal automation (under confidentiality rules).

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of in-house legal experience in Payments, IT, iGaming or FinTech.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and legal support of compliance processes.
• Experience interacting with financial institutions (banks, payment providers, etc.) on operational legal matters.
• Confident English (for internal/external communication).
• Strong attention to detail, structured approach, and time management.
• Tools: Google Workspace / MS Office / Jira / CRM.

Nice to have:

• Understanding of IP/IT law and online content regulations.
• Experience in fast-paced, international environments.
• Prior work with startups or high-compliance digital industries.
