Lawyer (Gambling)

We are seeking to extend the team with a super-responsible, knowledgeable and all-decisive Lawyer.

Requirements:

• Higher education in Law
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience
• At least 2+ years experience as a lawyer in a High-Risk company
• Extensive experience with English-language contracts governed by UK, EU, Asia law
• Experience in contract drafting and supporting commercial activities of the company
• A high level of English is a must
• Knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian
• Experience in KYC Compliance on both sides will be a plus;

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for drafting legal documents, consulting the employees on legal issues, as well as communicating with state entities
• Drafting and concluding international commercial contracts, drafting agreements
• Supporting HR department with drafting contracts for subcontractors
• Researching legislation of different jurisdictions all over the world and supporting company development in different countries
• Opening bank accounts, as well as accounts in payment systems for Foreign companies
• Responsible for KYC verification from banks and payment systems
• Support in a relocation processes, including work and residence permit matters in foreign countries
• Cooperation with project managers, developers, analysts and marketers in order to identificate and mitigate potential legal risks
