We are an IT Outstaffing company, looking for a General Marketing Specialist who will take an important part in our marketing and sales approaches.

We are at the stage of forming a team that will consist of:
— Lead Generators;
— A Copywriter;
— A Designer;
— An SEO-specialist;
— A Salesperson.

All the team will work remotely.
As a CRM, Pipedrive will be used.
For communication purposes, Slack will be used.

What tasks you will have:
— Create a plan with content for social networks and a website;
— Post content from a designer/ copywriter, etc. that you will ask to do;
— Monitor of SEO work;
— Monitor a lead generation work;
— Make a market research and competitive analysis;
— Establishing and tracking key metrics.

A good plus if you could help with creating content, where there is no need for the involvement of a designer and copywriter. Like, creating memes based on videos that are taken from different resources (Instagram/ Tik-Tok, etc.);

If you also have experience in building partnership programs, that would be great!
