We are looking for a Production Manager who will lead the production vertical and be responsible for meeting production targets, operational stability, and scaling manufacturing processes within a MilTech environment.

The ideal candidate is a structured operational leader with experience managing complex production environments and driving performance through process discipline and strong team leadership. If you are motivated by scaling high-tech manufacturing operations, we would be glad to connect.

Responsibilities

• Plan and ensure execution of production targets
• Maintain uninterrupted operation of production lines
• Ensure compliance with technological processes and manufacturing standards
• Optimize production KPIs (OEE, productivity, defect reduction)
• Lead and develop production teams (goals, KPIs, feedback)
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain functions
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industrial regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing
• At least 3 years of leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of Lean / 5S / operational excellence principles
• Experience with ERP systems
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
