Main requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Sales Manager in the IT services industry (mobile app development, custom software development, or related fields)
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets in B2B environments
  • Strong understanding of account research, qualification, and outbound lead generation techniques
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with C-level decision-makers
  • Familiarity with sales funnels and experience managing a pipeline
  • Ability to adapt sales approaches for different client sizes, such as startups, SMBs, and enterprises

Will be a plus:

  • Familiarity with sales frameworks like MEDDPICC or SPICED
  • Experience working with global clients across diverse industries (e.g., retail, fintech, healthcare)
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies (e.g., AI or IoT) and their business applications
  • Building a personal brand on Linkedin

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to close deals with new clients in target industries
  • Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress through prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing stages
  • Conduct account research and segmentation, identifying high-potential opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports to leadership
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
