We are looking for in-house Sales Managers and independent Affiliate Program Agents
It would be ideal if you have experience in:
- B2B sales at least 3 years and be able to demonstrate results;
- Selling to the Europe, USA, and Gulf countries markets;
- Communication with Founders, Owners, CEO and CTO;
- Customer sales calls and presentations;
- Providing creative business solutions to customer needs;
- Analyzing market potential and trends, determine areas where our solutions could be helpful;
- Scripts creation (hyper-personalized & bulk);
- Understanding of Outsource, GovTech, AI industries;
- English at least Upper-intermediate (written and verbal).
Responsibility:
- Build the sales channels to penetrate/cover new foreign markets;
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sale strategy;
- Defining the ideal customer profile to effectively target the right clients;
- Establishing and maintaining a sales pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of sales opportunities;
- Working towards monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets set by the Company
- Efficiently managing customer data within the CRM system;
- Conducting meetings with potential clients and carrying out Business Analysis sessions to understand their needs;
- Coordinating pre-sales outreach using LinkedIn and email outbound activities for maximum engagement;
- Finding and qualifying potential leads while creating and launching campaigns;
- Responsible for department efficiency, budget ROI, and the monthly flow of the inbound leads.
- Communicate with other team members involved in sales process.
Would be considered as advantage:
- Proven track record in exceeding sales target goals;
- Experience of participation in preparing international tender documentation;
- Passing procurement departments of Enterprise Businesses, Government and NGO institutions;
- Experience of leading, supporting and training of sales and leadgen team;
- Implementing AI and automation to boost sales pipeline and lead conversions.
It would be nice If you have experience with some of these tools:
HubSpot (as a CRM), Sales Navigator, Apollo, Phantombuster, scraping tools (to speed up research), and automation tools such as Woodpecker for emails, Dripify for LinkedIn, and Lemlist.
Working with platforms like Upwork, AngelList, and Clutch is a preference.
