We’re looking for an experienced HR Director who will drive our talent strategy, lead high-impact recruitment, and cultivate a culture of performance, growth, and engagement.
As HRD, you will play a key role in building scalable HR processes, supporting executive hiring across multiple markets, and aligning people initiatives with ambitious business goals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and implement hiring strategies to meet organizational goals and ensure execution of recruitment plans.
- Identify, select, and oversee the performance of recruitment agencies to ensure efficiency and results.
- Manage the hiring of C-Level positions for the group’s local companies with the support of local agencies.
- Establish systematic HR processes and ensure their effective execution.
- Create and monitor the HR budget to ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Plan and execute key events for the top management team and company employees.
- Lead and manage a small HR team to drive results and maintain effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of success, growth, and expansion.
Professional Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years in HR leadership roles such as Head of Recruitment or HRD.
- At least 4 years in recruitment roles such as Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, Executive Search Consultant, or similar preferably in recruitment agencies or executive search firms.
- Experience managing an HR budget of $1M+ or closing over 100 vacancies annually.
- Proven track record of building efficient recruitment processes involving external recruitment agencies.
- Demonstrated experience in managing senior specialists.
- Experience working in industries such as FMCG, Retail, Finance, Pharma, Telecom, or Agriculture.
- Experience working in successful multi-national companies for not less than 4 years.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Experience managing remote teams.
