We are looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team at MD Finance. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying and attracting top talent, helping us build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for both current and future roles. You will collaborate with hiring managers, manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, and ensure a positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

Main Responsibilities:
- Manage external recruiting agencies
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles
- Develop baseline recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract candidates across multiple channels
- Organize and coordinate interview schedules
- Prepare and present candidate profiles to hiring manager in a professional manner
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Expected Results:
- Improve the quality of hiring, namely to strictly follow the recruiting process and fulfill all requirements in a defined timeframe
- Interact with external recruitment agencies at a high level
- Reduce the time it takes to close a vacancy (C-level, Middle manager)
- Reduce staff turnover
Professional Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role within a recruiting agency or a product company
- Proven track record in closing both technical and non-technical positions at levels ranging from Team Lead to Mid-level
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective business relationships with C-level executives
- Proficiency in effectively utilizing all available sourcing channels
- Skilled in conducting interviews using various techniques for candidate assessment
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, test hypotheses, and recommend solutions to improve hiring efficiency
- Proactive and independent approach to discovering new methods and achieving recruitment goals
- Adaptability to quickly adjust to changes
