We are looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team at MD Finance. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying and attracting top talent, helping us build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for both current and future roles. You will collaborate with hiring managers, manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, and ensure a positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage external recruiting agencies
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles
  • Develop baseline recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract candidates across multiple channels
  • Organize and coordinate interview schedules
  • Prepare and present candidate profiles to hiring manager in a professional manner
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Expected Results:

  • Improve the quality of hiring, namely to strictly follow the recruiting process and fulfill all requirements in a defined timeframe
  • Interact with external recruitment agencies at a high level
  • Reduce the time it takes to close a vacancy (C-level, Middle manager)
  • Reduce staff turnover

Professional Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role within a recruiting agency or a product company
  • Proven track record in closing both technical and non-technical positions at levels ranging from Team Lead to Mid-level
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective business relationships with C-level executives
  • Proficiency in effectively utilizing all available sourcing channels
  • Skilled in conducting interviews using various techniques for candidate assessment
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, test hypotheses, and recommend solutions to improve hiring efficiency
  • Proactive and independent approach to discovering new methods and achieving recruitment goals
  • Adaptability to quickly adjust to changes
