We are looking for a proactive and empathetic HR Manager to own and optimize the full employee lifecycle — from onboarding to offboarding. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, people-focused, and passionate about building a healthy, connected team culture. Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the onboarding and offboarding process.
- Manage the adaptation process to help new team members quickly become productive and feel at home.
- Ensure all employment-related processes (onboarding, contract updates, probation reviews, terminations, etc.) are completed accurately and on time.
- Plan and manage corporate events, celebrations, and company gift initiatives that reflect our culture and values.
- Conduct 1×1 meetings.
- Act as the guardian of team spirit — help maintain a positive, connected, and motivated company culture.
- HRM implementdtion.
Professional Qualifications:
- 2+ years of HR experience, preferably focusing on people operations, onboarding, or HR coordination.
- Experience organizing events and managing internal communications.
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and emotional intelligence.
- English at least B2.
- Proficiency in working with spreadsheets, Google tools, SD, and communication platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Friendly, proactive, and passionate about building great workplace experiences.
- Experience with the BambooHR would be a great advantage.
