Main Responsibilities:

• Taking responsibility on all daily routine operations of the business
• Manage and coordinate efforts of C-level team
• Implement efficient high-level business processes as well as departments internal processes.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement measures to enhance productivity.
• Coordinate activities across departments (finance, marketing, HR, Commercial, etc.) to ensure alignment and efficient operations.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success.
• Develop and implement a business continuity plan (BCP) to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity.
• Lead and execute high-priority projects within the deadlines.
• Foster a culture of operational excellence and high quality results.
• Support company growth with implementation of efficient processes.

• The company works according clearly defined and documented processes
• Company decisions are based on KPIs
• Key company projects are completed within the established deadlines

Professional Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years in leadership roles such as COO, Head of Business Operations, Director of Process Optimization, or equivalent positions.
• At least 6 years of experience in operations or business process efficiency.
• Demonstrated expertise in setting up processes for organizations with 300+ employees.
• Proven experience in scaling processes in organizations that achieved 50% year-on-year staff growth.
• Track record of building efficient processes involving senior-level employees.
• Industry experience in FMCG, Retail, Finance, Telecom, Large Support/IT Outsourcing, or Marketplaces.
• A minimum of 4 years working in successful multinational companies
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Experience in establishing processes for remote teams.
• Location: Cyprus.
