MD Finance is a global FinTech leader with a diverse portfolio spanning various financial segments worldwide.

We are looking for a Middle International Lawyer in our team!

Main Responsibilities:

• Drafting, revising and approving contracts (e.g. service agreements, employment contracts, licenses, marketing/advertising agreements, NDAs, etc.) and other legal documents across various jurisdictions, including the preparation of onboarding/offboarding documents.
• Ensuring legal compliance and regulatory adherence across all business operations, including data protection, marketing, payments, GDPR, and AML, in accordance with state regulations and authorities’ requirements.
• Providing legal opinions for contractual, international, tax, intellectual, labor and other related areas of the company’s activity.
• Communication and negotiations with business partners, law firms and other service providers.
• Supporting day-to-day all legal activities and operations of the company.

Expected Results:

• Create a register of contracts across different jurisdictions, keep it up to date, and close all cases in the register in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assisting the Senior Lawyer in the execution of his duties with diligence and proficiency, ensuring the timely completion of legal tasks.

Professional Qualifications:

• Higher legal education from a reputable university (LL.M degree is a plus).
• 3+ years of legal experience with international IT/FinTech company with an international presence/, digital advertising agency or leading law firm (IP/IT department).
• Solid knowledge of IP/IT law, contractual, financial and corporate law, data protection, privacy and law of international treaties, banking and finance legal requirements.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills (there will be verbal communication with English Speaking colleagues and partners).
• Strong research and analytical skills to study the local legislative framework.
• Attention to detail, accuracy and care in a final product.
