Maxpay is an international, integrated payment processor providing payment solutions and services for any type of online business. The company focuses on offering consulting services as well as providing technical and legal expertise. The service was launched in 2014 by a professional team with over 10 years of experience in e-commerce. The company works with the largest acquirer banks in Europe, the USA, Canada, Great Britain, and Asia.

We invite an experienced Payment Account manager to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

  • to be a leader in business development of partners and agree and sell additional services;
  • conducting upsell and crosssell for clients;
  • coordinate communication processes with external partners and internal departments of the company to ensure the functioning of the partners’ business;
  • analysis of the activities of the company’s clients, identification of development areas and opportunities for their resolution;
  • management and optimization of partner activity reporting;
  • analysis of the market situation and prevention of external business threats of partners;
  • ensuring partners’ compliance with payment standards and regulations.

Іmportant in the experience:

  • English — advanced;
  • understanding of the principle of operation of payment systems, online processing, card brand regulations (PSP, Acquirer, Gateway, refund, Chargeback, VISA/MC rules and regulations, etc.);
  • having experience working with international banks and in the online payments industry;
  • customer orientation;
  • analytical skills;
  • sales skills.

It will be an advantage:

  • high level of financial literacy;
  • knowledge of KYC/due diligence/AML/GDPR/PCI DSS standards procedures.


  • the ability to work remotely;
